  • All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, policies, and availability of the travel supplier.

  • Pricing, availability, itineraries, and travel requirements may change without notice.

  • Travel suppliers are responsible for providing the services purchased.

We recommend reviewing all supplier policies carefully before confirming any booking.

Payments & Deposits

  • Deposits and payments may be required to secure reservations.

  • Payment deadlines are determined by the travel supplier.

  • Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of reservations.

  • Prices are not guaranteed until confirmed and paid according to supplier requirements.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by supplier, destination, cruise line, hotel, or tour operator.

Clients acknowledge that:

  • Cancellation fees may apply.

  • Some reservations may be non-refundable.

  • Refund timelines are controlled by the travel supplier, not Gustine Odyssey Travel.

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to help protect your investment.

Travel Documents & Requirements

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have all required documentation, including:

  • Entry and travel documentation

Supplier Responsibility

Gustine Odyssey Travel does not own or operate airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, transportation companies, or excursion providers.

We are not responsible for:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Injuries or accidents

  • Acts of terrorism

  • Natural disasters

  • Lost or damaged belongings

  • Supplier service issues

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Review booking confirmations carefully

  • Follow supplier rules and policies

  • Behave respectfully during travel experiences

  • Meet payment deadlines

Any errors must be reported promptly after receiving booking confirmations.
